Actpace is a software team that brings businesses' sales, stock, accounting and field work into the digital world. actstok is the product we built for the most common problem we saw: tracking what's on the shelf, what it cost and who owes what — on paper or in Excel.
Why actstok?
Working with small businesses, we kept seeing the same picture: stock in one file, sales in another notebook, customer debt in someone's head. Knowing what you actually earned at month-end took hours of math.
Software built for big companies is too much for these businesses — long to set up, confusing to use. So we built a simple app that opens on your phone, works right away, and shows the cost of every item and your real profit.
actstok is developed and supported by the Actpace team. When something goes wrong, you talk to the people who wrote the product, not a call centre.
